Week 1 after starting my weight loss journey (again).
Weight: 175.6 lbs.
Pounds lost: 2.8 lbs.
Total weight lost: 2.8 lbs.
Not too bad for the first week, though some of it was water weight. Now, time to get serious about meal planning and water intake!
