Kill me, please?
Ugh...I spent all last night throwing up, and I still feel a little ill this morning. On top of it, my body hurts SO BAD from tossing my cookies (I couldn't even keep water down). The strange thing is, I don't have a fever and I don't feel sick, so I know it isn't a bug. I'm guessing food poisoning. I considered going to the emergency room last night because I thought it was my gallbladder. The pain was so bad it was radiating through my back and everything. Thankfully, that went away, so I'm glad I didn't spend the money to go to the ER (yes, I'm cheap).
The only part that bothered me about this whole ordeal (other than racing to the bathroom every 10 minutes) was the fact that I would have had no way to get ahold of Jamie if I needed to go to the hospital. He's in Europe right now on business, and his cell doesn't work because the country changed their frequencies on the cell towers, so US cell phones no longer work (relatively new, because our AT&T cells worked fine the last time he was there). He is staying in an apartment with no house phone, no cell phone, and no way of contacting him, except via email. Yeah...it was a bit strange to think I was going to have to email my husband to let him know I was going to the ER.
Oy...I can't wait until I feel better and Jamie is home.

I was sick last night too...sorry you had to go through that alone. I have been using the heating pad and ice pack (alternating them) feeling a little better, but because I was throwing up so bad my shoulders and back hurt- ugh! And now I have a dry cough- again double ugh!
I am feeling your pain sister!
Hopefully it was just food poisoning, or I thought mine was maybe the 24 hour stomach bug---maybe yours too?

Hope you feel better! That would have been a little scary too not having hubby there with you.
Oh no, that's horrible! I hope you start feeling better. Can you at leat text message? Or the cell phone doesn't work at all? Those silly Europeans =)
@HthrBelle - Cell phone doesn't work at all...no signal. We've talked since then, I just have to wait until he's on skype so that we can talk that way. Oh well...at least I feel better now!
