Ugh.
I'm in England for the next few days, for work. Thankfully, Jamie is with me this time! We went to check out part of Hadrian's Wall today before heading to our hotel. Not what I was expecting, but still really cool to see! I leave on Wednesday and Jamie leaves on Thursday, then we have our cruise next week.
I feel like an utter sloth. I only ran last Monday because work has been crazy and Jamie has been sick. I'm down to 162.8, which is nearly 15 pounds down!!! I'm proud of myself, but feel like I'm going to blow it if I don't get off my butt and run. Eating healthy is hard when you travel constantly, and today was a total loss on the healthy scale, but from here on out, I'm going to be good. I'm not worried about the cruise because there are lots of healthy options, but here in Britain...not so much.
Anyways, sorry this was so short...I'm on my phone. Forgive any misspelled words! Hope you all are doing well...sending you all lots of love and hugs!
XOXOXO
K.

I'm so envious of your jet set life in Europe! It's so cool to read about. Congrats on the weight loss, you are doing great! Enjoy your vacay!!
I was out of town for work last week and had a hard time eating healthy, in fact, I gained 4 pounds while I was gone, even though I worked out four times. Stay strong and good luck.
@heckels - Thanks! I'm trying really hard to not blow it all, but the food at the B&B I'm staying at is SO GOOD!!! Sigh. I'm making it a goal to eat healthy breakfasts and lunches, then having a less healthy dinner (though still not as bad as I'd have by eating out at a restaurant). The B&B really focuses on organic and locally grown products, which I really appreciate, so I like eating there as opposed to a restaurant.
@PennyLumpkins - I know it probably seems "jet set" since that's all I post about, but we work really hard to be able to take off the time. Jamie puts in hours pretty close to what Ryan puts in, so I'm sure you can understand the time he spends at work. I'm usually only working 60 hours or so a week, so it's less than Jamie. Needless to say...we work hard, but we play hard too!
Plus - once we move home...honestly? What's a 1.5 hour flight from Indiana? Not much! We're trying to take advantage while we can, since we won't be here forever.
Thanks for the weight loss encouragement! Good luck with your job, it sounds like it's a bitch right now. I hope you love your classes!!!
