Short Update…
We’re going with something short and sweet today:
- I have REALLY got to start cooking at home. We have eaten out nearly every day since moving home, and I’m getting so tired of it. It’s just hard when everything is a wreck, we’re getting home super late, and both are exhausted from work. Must force myself to cook.
- I still love our new car. My Prius is fabulous, but now I need to think up a name. Thoughts?? She’s dark grey.
- I had an informal chat with the person who posted the job that I really want. I flat out told him “you have a job opening and I want it, what do I need to do to get it.” Those exact words. He likes my “style and attitude” and thinks I have what it takes for the job, but I still need to go through the formal interview process.
- We’re going to a hockey game on Saturday and have seats in a suite! I’m stoked…I love hockey!
- Work is still going well…I’m so glad to be back in the office, and I have already reconnected with a few of my friends here and we’ve made plans…really happy to be home.
- I have this insane urge to go to Thailand. Like, right this minute. I’m actually looking at flights…sigh. Thailand.

I always give my car human names.
I name it starting with the first letter of the car. I have a highlander and her name is Holly. Have you already picked a name?
